Wailing and hailing from Stroudsburg PA, Jim Dellavalle was one of the eastern PA shredders in freestyle's heyday right up to moving on to shredding on his 24"er. Jim also brainstormed the first "rider benefit" for a downed BMXer at the Ramp-Ateria.
